The
EXPO will be open during all three days of racing and adjacent to finish lines
and awards ceremonies.

owners and media personnel.

Complete registration
form.
Ø
Provide Team Big Bear
with proof of liability insurance & workers compensation coverage. (See attached
sheet)
Ø
Each Venue must be
named as an Additional Insured and be provided with proof of Workers Comp (see
below)
Ø
Have an officer/owner
of the company sign the enclosed vendor agreement and release of liability forms
return it with your registration form and payment.
Ø
All venues reserve the
right to the sale of all food products.
Ø
Night security is
provided but management does not assume responsibility for stolen items (See
Agreement).
Ø
Exhibitors may not
display banners outside of EXPO area.
Ø
Booth space will be
assigned based on when your payment is received. If you sign up early you will get the
choice spot!

Fee: Space exceeding 200 square feet will be
charged $1.50 per square feet for excessive footage. Complete the Option 2 diagram and return
with registration.

Additional
Requirements for
Canopies under 200
square feet
· If tents include different sized tents, all under 200 square feet, then the maximum square footage area shall be no more than 700 square feet. Each grouping of tents under this requirement needs (1) fire extinguisher accessible
· All canopies and tents under 200 square feet require anchoring on all four legs- 50lb. weights on each leg with non-stretchable tiedowns. The fire resistant material certificate needs to be on site. (Usually a tag attached to the tent material)
· Cooking within a canopy is prohibited
· Storage of propane containers within a canopy is prohibited. The propane containers must be stored and secured a minimum of 10 feet away from the structure and the safety valve/release valves shall be pointed away from the tent
· All cabling for electrical shall be out of the pedestrian path, and when crossing a designated access shall be placed in cable bridges
·
No vehicles or internal combustion engines
(including a generator) shall be within twenty (20) feet of a canopy or tent
