REQUIRED PAPERWORK & PAYMENT

® Complete registration form and include payment. Provide Team Big Bear with proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Have an officer of the company sign the enclosed vendor agreement.

® Each Venue must be named as an Additional Insured and be provided proof of Workers Comp

REMINDERS!

® Tech space is assigned on a first come first served basis.

® No motorized vehicles (mini bikes or pit bikes) will be allowed to operate between the hours of 7:30am – 6:00pm. Motorized vehicles may be used for transport from condo to tech support vehicle only.

® All tech vehicles must be washed prior to placement and parking.

® A central bike wash will be provided but the washing of bikes is prohibited in the Tech Area.

® Power is limited (and not free). If you need it, please indicate on the registration form and be sure to have a 150’ cord on site.

® Night security is provided but management does not assume responsibility for stolen items (See agreement).

® All vendors must respect the event property and the NMBS community. You need to understand any damage will be the responsibility of the guilty party or parties.
